Villa SEA LOVE

A relaxing minimalist seafront property, in Makria Myti, just a few steps from two small quiet sandy beaches, truly embodies the archetypal Cycladic simplicity with a modern twist, and invites you to completely relax and feel the magic of the local nature. The unforgettable views to the Aegean Sea and the sunset can be enjoyed both from the serene open-air spaces and from indoors, where numerous windows and openings blur the limits between the inside and the outside. The imaginative architecture, in a meticulous minimalist style, beautifully updates the traditional Cycladic simplicity creating a very relaxing environment, using the natural light to the maximum effect indoors. The living room feels like a pergola area, minus the wind, while the clean lines, the natural materials and the white, grey and earthy tones in the lounge and bedrooms have a rejuvenating effect. Lounging areas under the pergola or next to the pool await you for private family moments admiring the magnificent views to Antiparos and the nearby islands and islets. Natural vegetation is preserved, and gardens are laid with Mediterranean flora having an instantly calming effect on the mind and soul, while the estate gently slopes to the sea, where the two neighboring small beaches and several others within few minutes walk, are ideal for swimming in crystal clear waters.
