OLIVE ESTATE

In a magical location overlooking the beautiful “secret” beach of Tripiti, an amazing sunset and the endless blue of the Aegean, Antiparos and other islets, this really unique estate with 130 olive trees, embraces the Cycladic chic living at its best. Three different villas (which can be rented as a whole or separately, main house or the two guest houses together), sleeping comfortably 16 people, make this an ideal residence or luxury vacation for big families or groups of friends with the beach literally on its foot. Following the traditional local architecture, the villa combines the “sculptural” Cycladic forms with the contemporary minimal island style in a comfortable and elegant mix offering the luxury of total privacy. Large pergolas with sofas overlooking one of the best sunsets in the island, an infinity pool with beautiful daybeds, different quiet calming areas wait you to enjoy the marvelous scenery with your book or share a delicious local meal with the rest of the company. The archetypal rocky Cycladic surroundings are highlighted by the selected Mediterranean plants. From the country style indoor sitting area with the hand-picked traditional unique pieces to the bedrooms with the cozy architectural details and relaxing colors and materials and the impressive bathrooms with references to the local colored-cement techniques, the villas are the epitomy of the easy living of the Cyclades. A small path takes you to the idyllic almost private beach with the crystal clear waters, while some of the island’s most famous beaches are within easy reach with the car.

Olive Estate can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms in the main house and 8 guests  in 5 bedrooms in the two separate guest houses.
