Villa NEFELI

A beautiful newly-renovated villa consisting of a main building, an adjancent building as well as two autonomous modern beach houses, hidden in a gorgeous estate full of trees next to the sea in Porto Heli, offers a secluded hideaway for peaceful vacations. It offers magnificent sea views, while the private bay in front and the really large swimming pool, which looks like a beach from the one side, provide the perfect setting for all-day relaxation and water activities. A small floating platform on the beach in front of the villa is ideal for sun bathing by the sea side. The outdoor areas include an autonomous gym which is surrounded by glass with a tv, a mini bar and an amazing view of the sea, as well as a tennis court, a helipad and a BBQ. The villa can accommodate up to 20 guests (including children and infants) in 10 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. The villa is decorated with style, and has unique architectural features. The master bedroom is very airy and bright, with a walk in closet, and offers direct access to the pool area. The dining room and the lounge inside the house, provide cozy corners for different hours of the day, while the outdoor areas with the huge pool, two dining rooms, two lounges, and barbeque, can accommodate all needs – from quite family moments to pool parties. The autonomous beach guest houses consist of two interconnecting rooms each, furnished in contemporary minimal style, with a total white look. Each of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and comfortable living spaces, while the sea is literally on your feet.

Villa Nefeli can comfortably accommodate 20 guests in 10 air-conditioned bedrooms.
