For those who adore Patmos and seek a true view of the island, this majestic renovated home enjoys a prime location near the monastery while remaining well-protected by its thick stone walls.
One enters the property through a sturdy wooden door from a little lane and is greeted by its roomy courtyard, which provides for comfortable outdoor seating arrangements in contrast to Patmos’ typically cramped rooms. There are really six internal courtyards available, in addition to a beautiful terrace with wonderfully exalted views of the monastery and the Aegean Sea.

The villa is keeping the island’s distinctive traditional architecture and folklore, as well as a very aristocratic interior design and decor.
Beautifully polished wood flooring is warmed by soft carpeting, and solid wood panels are also present on the ceilings.
