The villa can accommodate 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, while the plot is 4150sq. meters, surrounded by about 60.000sq meters of bushland. Divided between the main house and two spacious guesthouses the bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, provide accommodation for large groups while also allowing privacy at any time. The main house has a living room with an adjacent dining area and an open plan kitchen, 1 Master bedroom, 1 Double bedroom, and 2 Twin bedrooms. The two independent guest houses have 1 double bedroom each (one of which with two extra sofa beds), and a kitchenette, while the staff has its own independent bedroom.

When you feel like having a cosmopolitan night out, the Port of Parikia is just 15 km away, while the beautiful and lively island of Antiparos can be reached in 10 minutes from the port of Pounta, just 9 km from the property.
