Villa SEA BREEZE

Built very close to the sea, in a such a way that from every room you can see (but also hear!) the water, this is not just a villa but a whole experience. The orientation of the house is perfect – even in the impressive white minimal indoor dinning room and the sitting area with the comfortable sofas the big windows and doors offer the most perfect sea views – just like a live painting! The sea in front of the estate, easily accessed by steps, is ideal for a quite morning swim, while the infinity pool seems like a sea deck floating in the Aegean. The outdoor spots are really spacious and offer the ideal meeting place for every hour of the day: whether it is family breakfast around the beautiful wooden table under the pergola, light snack next to the pool with the designer lounges, dinner or barbeque with the drinks served from the nearby bar. The three verandas will… steal lots of your time - they are ideal for sunbathing and reading, while the eastern orientation of the house, provides the perfect afternoon shade. The indoor spaces are big and comfortable, with minimal decoration in stylish white and black tones, gray traditional island-style cement on the floor, en-suite bathrooms with built-in facilities and pebbled floors. The modern well equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dinning room, while there is also a second kitchen for more informal everyday cooking. The main house has five very spacious bedrooms, while there are three more guest rooms in a separate guest house next to the pool with separate entrance, ideal for teenagers or kids.  All rooms are furnished in modern island-chic style, with special pieces and good equipment creating a zen environment. They offer the choice of ceiling fans apart from the air condition, while, depending on the weather, you can sleep with a sea… soundtrack. Built in a peaceful location in Aleomandra, just five minutes from the village of Ornos and ten from Chora, the villa is ideal for relaxation and privacy within easy access to the most cosmopolitan Mykonian spots. LAYOUT Villa Sea Breeze is suitable for 18 persons in 9 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, TV and air-conditioning. The ground floor has access to the pool area and the front terrace.

• Double bedroom with queen size bed (approx. 30 sq. metres), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV  & dvd, en-suite bathroom with built in shower. Decoration in beige tones. The bedroom has access to the lower private terrace.
• Children’s bedroom (approx. 22 sq. metres) with two single beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, TV and dvd, en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has access to the lower private terrace.

Lower ground floor

• Guest room with queen size bed, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom
• Two rooms for staff with a shared bathroom (being used by the villa staff)
